The Initial Naturopathic Consultation is 60 minutes, where a thorough full case history is taken to assess your current health, presenting symptoms, medical history, family history, diet and lifestyle.
Diagnostic tools such as iridology, blood pressure, tongue analysis and nail analysis may also be used to assess your health.
Following your Initial Consultation, Jane will review your session, complete research into your case history, order any agreed functional testing and review the reports, review any disclosed pathology or medical test results, and complete your personalised treatment plan.
$25 fee incurred for 15minutes of extended time added to session.

The Follow-up Consultation appointments are 30 minutes in duration.
Subject to your individual circumstance, the session may be extended at additional 15 minute intervals (where an additional fee will be payable).
Appointments may be scheduled at either fortnightly, monthly or six-weekly intervals, depending on the specific health condition being treated or your desired health goals.
The Follow-up appointments are very important in reviewing your progress, monitoring the effectiveness of your treatment, provides the cost effective opportunity to discuss any new test results, assess any required additional testing, address any new presenting health symptoms or concerns, and make any relevant changes or adjustments to your current Naturopathic Treatment Plan.
$25 fee incurred for 15minutes of extended time added to session.

Acute symptoms often appear as intense or sudden onset or signs of illness, typically lasting a short duration (rather than being chronic in nature).
Examples include fevers, infections, severe pain, etc.
Best for existing clients to obtain immediate attention and care, rather than wait for a Follow Up Consultation.
Herbal and nutritional medicine prescriptions are provided during the session.

Before the Initial consultation session, you will need to complete and submit a new client intake form that will enable you to provide general details about yourself, your health, symptoms, medical history and current nutritional supplements and/or medications.
Highly recommended to provide copies of any recent pathology or medical test results.
When you select ‘Make a Booking’ for an appointment, you will be directed to the SimpleClinic webpage. Please select the appropriate appointment, and the clinic will then forward you a client intake form to complete.

Following your Initial Consultation and review of all tests and assessment results, an individualised Naturopathic Treatment Plan is formulated to address your current symptoms, health needs and goals.
The Naturopathic Treatment Plan may include any of the following modality therapies: herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, mineral therapy, flower essences, dietary recommendations or lifestyle modifications.
Your Naturopathic Treatment Plan is presented to you at the subsequent consultation, the Treatment Plan Appointment.
Your Treatment Plan is reviewed and adjusted at each Follow Up Consultation session based on your ongoing progress and heath needs.

The Treatment Plan Appointment is 30 minutes in duration and involves a detailed discussion of your Individualised Treatment Plan.
During this appointment, we will present, go through and answer questions, ensuring that you have a thorough understanding of your treatment plan. This includes the prescribed herbal and/or nutritional supplements that may be acquired, as well as all the complete naturopathic advice and recommendations.
Further testing with referral may be recommended to gain a further insight into your health condition.

A majority of these services and modality therapies may be offered or provided to you or at your request as a support service during a Follow Up Consultation and other Consultation sessions.
Specific therapy services (Flower Essence Therapy, Iridology Assessments & Report and Energy Healing) and products are billed separately to a consultation session.
